At the foot of the Julier Pass, at the entrance to the alpine village of Bivio, you’ll find the Hotel & Restaurant Guidon – a place for mountain lovers, foodies, and fans of heartfelt hospitality. A house that blends simplicity with character, flavour with soul.
We serve Bivio coffee, artisan-roasted just down the road, and tell stories through our food – using garden herbs, southern inspiration, and the light of the Lunghin Pass.
Just above Bivio lies the Lunghin Pass, home to Europe’s only triple watershed: from here, water flows to the North Sea, Black Sea, and Mediterranean. No surprise Bivio is a place of crossroads, transitions, and encounters.
Our restaurant combines alpine classics with global influences – with fresh ingredients, many from our own garden. The hotel offers five cosy rooms and several rustic but charming holiday apartments.
In winter, Bivio’s ski area is within walking distance. The snow sports school meets nearby and welcomes all generations.
